Tianyi Pavilion is the oldest existing private library in China and one of the three oldest family libraries in the world. It currently holds nearly 300000 volumes of various ancient books, including over 80000 volumes of rare editions. Tianyi Pavilion attracts tourists from all over the world every year for research and sightseeing due to its long and profound book collection culture, sky like garden art, quaint and elegant ancient architectural style, and convenient and superior geographical location.

Nantang Old Street is located outside the south gate of the ancient city of Ningbo. It was once the "South Gate Three Cities" of the old Ningbo commercial and cultural gathering place, and is listed as one of the eight major historical districts in Ningbo. The old street preserves over 500 meters of traditional Jiangnan streets and alleys, and successfully integrates the historical charm, architectural features, and celebrity culture of the old street into the layout of the district, reproducing the strong atmosphere of Ningbo people's business transactions and daily life for a hundred years.
